United for Patent Reform (UFPR) today issued the following statement in support of the bipartisan legislation, the Patent Examination and Quality Improvement Act of 2022, which seeks to strengthen the patent examination process and prevent the issuance of low-quality patents that are often used to threaten Main Street businesses with patent litigation.
