The U.S. House Judiciary intellectual property subcommittee today heard testimony about how, despite a ruling late last month from the Supreme Court to prevent it, patent trolls have already found ways to again drag small American businesses thousands of miles from their headquarters or place of incorporation to courtrooms in the plaintiff-friendly venue of Marshall, Texas.
