Bi-partisan legislation in the U.S. Senate on patent reform is something the U.S. patent system, the U.S. economy and Utah businesses desperately need. Years of bipartisan collaboration have produced a bill — the PATENT Act — that could provide American businesses with meaningful protection against patent trolls, and has a real chance of success as it is considered by the Senate Judiciary Committee this week.
