Raz Bajwa is the founder, owner and president of IndusTrack, a Plymouth-based firm that sells tracking software for delivery and service truck fleets. His company, founded just a few years ago, is prospering. But Bajwa is also facing a troublesome lawsuit threat. The entity threatening him alleges that he’s using a technology that they previously patented. Though Bajwa can’t discuss the specifics of the ongoing case, it’s clear that the evidence against him is sketchy at best. The entity is simply threatening legal action in the hopes that he’ll pay them thousands of dollars to go away.
