On Thursday, House Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) re-introduced the Innovation Act, a bipartisan bill targeted at fixing the out-of-control patent troll problem. This comes not a moment too soon, as patent trolls have begun to target one of the newest areas of innovation and job creation: the crowdfunding industry.
