Capstone Photography is a small business based in Connecticut. The family-owned and veteran-operated retailer has a nationwide network of photographers that deliver high quality photos for sporting events. This concept served as a perfect target for a patent troll, which alleged that the company infringed on a patent that was an important part of the business — enabling customers to search for their photos online.
